Do you accept pet insurance?

Yes, we accept most types of pet insurance.

Do you accept Care Credit?

Yes, we do accept Care Credit.

Do you allow drop offs?

Yes, we encourage drop offs of well-behaved pets for medical workups or emergency care, especially those that were not previously scheduled.

Do you perform tail docking or ear cropping?

No, we do not offer these procedures.

Do you treat pets other than dogs and cats?

We do treat pocket pets occasionally, but do not treat birds, reptiles, wildlife, or large farm animals.

Do you offer complimentary shelter exams?

Yes, we do offer free shelter exams for recently adopted pets from shelters or rescue groups.

Do you offer health certificates for travel?

Yes, we do offer interstate and international health certificates.

Is a health certificate required for travel to or from Canada?

No, a veterinary health certificate is not required for travel to or from the US to Canada.  However a Rabies certificate is required for entrance into Canada from the US.  Also a United States CDC Import Form is required for entrance into the US from Canada.

Is a microchip required for my pet to enter the US from Canada?

No, a microchip is not required for entrance to the US from Canada, but a microchip is required for entrance to the US from countries other than Canada that have a higher rabies incidence.

Can you scan pets for microchips?

Yes, we have a universal scanner that will check for all microchips.
